This was taken after eating a big mac, fries, coke, and 4 tacos from jack in a box. I had just finished my cutting phase, and taking the weekend off, and starting the bulk monday!
Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I bring a small notepad to the gym and record exercises along with the weight I used, sets, and reps. I do include warm ups. It's easy, convenient, and I don't have to bother remembering my lifts when I get home; I just jot them down as soon as I do the lift.I bring a small notepad to the gym and record exercises along with the weight I used, sets, and reps. Where do you mainly workout?
Gym
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
I enjoy the gym atmosphere. Plenty of good equipment. Gets me outta the house. No cons really other than whenever someone is on a machine and talking on the damn cell phone. But no worries.
Sounds like a pretty awesome plan bro! keep me posted and update the pictures while you are at it! As for me, still cutting the fat...long battle ahead of me!
True, true. I've been increasingly more concerned about that. On one hand, I want to be able to live my life without having to obsess about calories, but on the other I want to have maximum results.

Haha, yeah!
I'm kind of hesitant to try a cheat meal because I almost feel like I've been cheating just a little bit with one meal every day, which naturally is slowing my progress.
I'm doing the Lifestyle cut diet and I feel like I might not be doing it as well as I'd like. I'm going to recheck the macros I need to use.

Hey Murdock1741....thanks for the reps sir...obviously a bit of levity in my response but in my short time (2 years) lifting those were my honest thoughts.
Have a safe weekend.
