oh yeah! talking about fixing... need hams, calves, quad sweep, lower back, back thickness, roundness in delts, biceps peaks, more size on arms, abs, TRAPS, more upper and inner chest.. forearms... could continue forever lol

Thanks again! I dont know man, just **** that chest up... all sets to failure, 6-12 reps, a couple of supersets in the end, should do the job!

yes, I did local nationals this April, and now I am gonna take a pause and try to get some serious mass and compete again when I am ready.. are you?

i live by "its better more than less, to be sure" :D food is the base of this, i cant tell what you should eat as i dont know you, but me, for instance, i eat 6-8 times a day 40gr of protein in every meal and lots of carbs and fat :D just anything to get more calories than i need.. and it works :]
