I have been always interested in strength training, so when i became old enough, i started doing it myself :)

I just love it, its hard to describe.

I like seeing progress in my body, or in the weights i use, and thats what motivates me, and compliments by other people is also very good motivation.

Have tensed my back while deadlifting.. it took a few months to fully recover

I´ve been sick for a few weeks, couldnt eat almost anything, and lost 5 kg.. then i started going to the gym again, taiking it easy, got 1 kg back, but again, got sick :) Quite unusual, cause i havent been sick for the last 4 years, but whatever, now im just waiting to get better again and...
