Working on possibly incorporating BCAA's into my diet plan but..
I'm concerned about the chemical, calorie and bullshit factor of a lot of supplements lol. BUT I Do however strongly believe that a multivitamin and flaxseed oil is important so I take: two a day of GNC Women's Ultra Mega and two 1500 mg of Barlean's Organic Flaxseeed Oil. I also like to take once and a while, Organic regano Oil to boost my immune system and Trader Joe's Green Drink Powder for when I make a protein shake at home (which is rare)

Sweet Potato Enchiladas Servings: 4 total Ingredients For the enchiladas 4- 4oz. sweet potatoes, sliced thin lengthwise w/ a mandoline 1lb (as lean as you can get) ground beef ½ Red Onion, diced 2 Garlic Cloves, minced 1 Small Habanero Chile, diced (or add as much heat as you like!) 2 tsp.
