How I Started:
I started to go to the gym sept 07. I had worked out before, becuase I did practice sport, like basketball, swimming, martial art, spinning, and I did skate sometimes.
Why I Love It:
I didnt like it before, but now I like it, and I know latter I'll love it.
How I Stay Motivated:
what really motivate me is the people's profile at bodybuildingspace. I found this page, and start to look up girls profiles and see how they have change their bodyshape from fat to a very sexy and healthy woman, and now Im inspire and want to do as well as those who reach their goals.

Goal (Long):
I have 21 years old and I still fat, and I really wish I could have a flat stomach. I’ve been fat all my life, and now I’m tired of that, I really really want to lose body fat and have a flat stomach, but also at the end of my goal I want to look good and stronge. Now I lost 10 punds in one month, is getting harder to lose more pounds, and sometimes I feel little frustrated, but I keep persisten.

Thanks for the add :) I read your goal & I lost 18 lbs in about 4 months. I was in shape before that, so I was just getting off weight that I had gained last summer by being lazy. I have written several blogs and have videos at the bottom of my profile page to share what I have learned over the years. I hope they help. You can do it! You're half my age!
