skinny-ricky Hope you feel better soon. I tweaked my back sometime back and it really sucks. Hope you are at the squat rack soon. I love leg workouts. Bench press...that's another story. Mar 2, 2010 10:11pm

skinny-ricky Damn your are huge! So your stats say. Thanks for your input in the forum. Had a good leg workout. check out my blog for a good chuckle. Jan 30, 2010 2:33am

-Lucifer Well, I rested my legs for a long time (9 months+), before getting back to squatting and deadlifting. Physiotherapy did me no good and was a waste of money. I'm not saying you shouldn't go to one, btw. Heat and ice helped ease the pain too. Thanks for checking out my journal, man. Jan 5, 2010 1:03pm

-Lucifer Hey there. I thought my knee had healed, recently but that was a false alarm. The pain came back this morning. Nothing unbearable but it is there. I don't think mine is going to heal anytime soon. How did you hurt your knee? Ice it. Jan 5, 2010 11:44am
