Aint nuthin to it man. Trying to hit this fitness thing. Lost the weight, now trying to gain some muscle without gaining fat. I think I may try this carb cycling I hear so many rave about.... any thoughts? Lil man is tearing it up already! lol. That's wsup.

Dats wzup bruh. Thanks for the advice. I'm tryna get the right THR for cardio. What you said is basically what I'm doin though, guess I just gotta be patient. I was a piano performance major and played trumpet for years, but got more into singin when I got in college. Those were some HEAVY schools u mentioned. Congrats dude and keep playin and writin. Be EZ.
