How I Started:
When the time comes that you hesitate to look in the mirror or are always self-conscious about the way you are looking so much that it interferes with your life, it makes you want to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
I LOVE the pump when lifting weights. It's a great feeling. I also like the feeling of accomplishment once leaving the gym. It feels good to feel good! I love trying on the same clothes weeks apart and they fit differently. I like the compliments. Above all, I like being the best I can be, physically, psychologically and spiritually.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well, this website has really fueled my motivation! To see others do so well definitely inspires me to do well, and even better!
As a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. I am motivated to achieve in every field of human endeavor. I am very conscious about my health, although in the past I haven't made the best decisions. My fraternity brothers and the concept of the fraternity both motivate me greatly to do great in my health and fitness and every other area of life.
BB Accomplishments:
I've lost about 50 pounds recently. I consider that pretty major. I am now trying to gain more lean muscle and hopefully within the next 6 months do something else major. I want to always be ACHIEVING.

Congrats on graduating. Balancing out training, life, and work sounds easy when you're in school but then when you realize it, you realize it can be a bear. Good luck getting yourself to where you want to be.
Me, I'm just training crazy when I can and doing this stuff like a fanatic. Its a fun journey though and seems to keep me sane.
Yeah man, I took the day off (training-wise). I'll be back at it tomorrow with a long run. I get my splint on my wrist taken off on Saturday. Can't wait! I miss the pump!
Progress is coming really slow but I am not giving up!!! I need to stick to the cardio and keep on moving!
