How I Started:
I actually started exercising in high school. I'd always been active but kinda stopped and ended up with a TERRIBLE fast food, soda diet. I recently lost weight and loss dedication and gained it all back. For the last 3 months I've been lifting and eating, now I'm trying to cut. I really don't want to compete and stuff like that, I just want to look good and get fit!
Why I Love It:
I LOVE the pump when lifting weights. It's a great feeling. I also like the feeling of accomplishment once leaving the gym. It feels good to feel good!
How I Stay Motivated:
Well, this website has really fueled my motivation! To see others do so well definitely inspires me to do well, and even better!
BB Accomplishments:
I wouldn't call any of it major. I can lift pretty heavy though, considering.

First Shot - 235 lbs.  Body fat % - ?
Ok... I'm going to start uploading my progress twice a month. Any support is appreciated.

My goal is to lose fat and maintain the muscle mass I have already. I'm doing cardio 5-6 times a week and weight training 5-6 times a week. I'm not weight training very heavy, but enough to crank...
 
Slacked off with pics cause the camera broke.... got another one.... this is like about 3 weeks later.....

Sup homeboi!! As far as training just follow three basic rules. 1.)Lift Heavy... Always 2.)Keep nutrition in check...High Protein, at least 1g per lb of bodyweight, moderate amount of carbs. Split between 6 meals a day. 3.)Cardio 30-45 min 4-5 tiems a week Oh yeah, I've been a saxophonist for over ten years... I was awarded scholarships at New School (NY), Berklee, Miami, but decided to stay in FL, FSU.
