Well a close friend of mine is very much into body building and he is competing very soon! and I think his body looks great and his abs are incredible!! So I've asked him some pointers on how to get my body in the condition that I want it to be in and I've been working out like a mad woman ever since
Why I Love It:
It keeps me in shape and healthy looking and it's very therapeutic when you've had a ruff day !!!!!!!!!!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about how much I've grown mentally and physically health wise of course thus far, and when I set goals for myself I try my best to accomplish them!!!!!!!!!!!
My main goal is to tighten up my stomach and thighs!!!!!!!!!! I really want to show some definition in my body!!!!!!!!!!!
Goal (Long):
I've been wanting to get back to my desired weight I used to be a year ago and it's been rather difficult!!! I used to be 140 solid, and my waist line was 23 1/2 inches my chest was 34inches and my hips were about 43 but I like my hips at 41!!! I want my thighs, arms, and stomach to have definition!!!!!!!!!!!!!
