How I Stay Motivated:
Watch my kids growing up way to fast - reminds me that I'm not getting any younger. Also need to stay in athletic condition for 80+ days skiing each winter.

Goal (Long):
I spent two months in Alaska in 1991 and gained 15lb after eating not much besides salmon - yum! Lost most of the weight quickly due to my high metabolism but can't lose the extra 1" around my waist. I'm an active athlete - have to be living in a mountain ski town - but need to stay strong to maintain muscle mass as I age and can't exercise as much due to work and family demands. Have always wanted to have more muscles and definition.
