Overall Goal: I'm not in bad shape at all, but I want to define my body more with a definate "undershelf" to my chest, standing abs and another 2 inch gain on my arms with more broad shoulder and a thicker back. LOL and I want my 29 inch waist back.

chest has grown from 36 to 40.5 since january have good striation in center not showing in this pic though. Have leaned out from 162 to 157 also

To try and get lean and defined and add muscle at this time I am starting the P90X program.
The very first video kicked my butt.

I don't really do specific lower back work. Most of that is from basic deadlifting etc. Can concoct something for you when I have 5 minutes.
