How I Started:
I really started working out when I joined the military, and figured out that running is my "thing". After having kids though running alone is not cutting it.
Why I Love It:
It is a great stress reliever and helps me with my stamina;)
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that I will not be the only one benefiting from this. I will be living a healthier life so I can be around for my girls and be a better role model for them.

My fitness goal is to loose 15 lbs within 6 mo, and tone my body up.
Goal (Long):
After hitting the max weight of 215 at the birth of my 2nd child I made a goal to get down to my prebaby weight of 160, now that I have reached and maintaned that goal I want to get down to 145 lbs. I am so tired of this postbaby body, I really want to fix my problem area's (stomach, thighs and booty) before I resort to an easy way out such as plastic surgery (tummy tuck). 15 lbs is not much but it will make a huge difference in the way I feel about myself both physically and mentally.
I am currently in the Navy and I am within fitness standards for the Navy. I can do my 1 1/2 mile run in 1145-12 min, I love to run, but I know I am going to have to step it up to make this change. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
