How I Started: I got tired of complaining about how i used to look before i had my daughter. She's 5 now!!!! no more excuses!!!!
Why I Love It: I love to see the changes... physically, mentally and emotionally!

This was when i was going to the gym every now and then. (playing around) Since then i have lost 10 lbs and i'm motivated now more than ever. Can't wait to add more photos.  starting to see the back fat go away!

Actually pretty good. I have modified my approach, so I am running more and not lifting like a mad man. Weight is slowly trickling down. Hope to get down about another 10 and see where I am symmetrically. How are you coming along. You got about 2 weeks left, right?

You're right, I know exactly what you mean. My weight keeps fluctuating and I haven't seen any significant changes. So, Rapid Slim worked for you? How long before you saw results?
