How I Started:
I first starting working out hard because of my boyfriend. It wasnt like competition work out it was just to slim down i didnt think about competing until this last year when i went to a couple with jorge's sister and thought it would be a great way to achieve my goal! I'd gotten pretty chubby in high school and just cheerleading wasn't cutting it with how much i love the bad foods. But once I met Jorge I fell in love with the gym and healthy foods! It did take me a long time to cut the weight though I'd be doing really good eating right and working out and then I'd fall off the deep end but since I've decided to enter in this show i have really been busting my ass and trying to stick to the meal plans and work out regimens even though it would be so easy to just give up. Its funny what foods i crave now compared to the fast food and fatty foods i used to crave! But i still have cheat meals who doesnt!
Why I Love It:
I love it cause i can just go to the gym, blast my music and forget about simple to complex things like the zit i got earlier that day, the time my boss yelled at me or the rare times me and jorge fight. I can forget about everything but the rising heart rate and the sweat falling from my head! And i love that accomplished feeling i get from head to toe when i had just worked my ass off!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm not gonna lie when im falling behind and cheating a lot i just look an Oxygen magazine cause i want to appear in there one day so bad and that makes me push harder and harder knowing i can be there one day too!!
