I was a collegiant track athlete in college, I have always been athletic. I recently decided to try figure competitions in 08'.
Why I Love It:
I LOVE working out because of how I feel afterwards. I look forward to seeing the results come slowly but deliberately. My bi-weekly measurements are like christmas. I get to see just how much fat I've unwrapped from my body!
How I Stay Motivated:
I read CONSTANTLY. Magazines, websites, blogs, anything. I read about everyday women who made changes in their bodies that are amazing! How can you not be inspired by such will power, determination, and hard work?
