How I Started:
After having my first child and gaining 89 lbs at the age of 20.I worked out at home with lite DB and a treadmill and also buns of steel videos..lol.I finally have gotten more serious and dedicated over the last few years and now after 3 children and over the age of 30,I am in the best shape of my life and I look forward to improving as time goes on.
Why I Love It:
I spent years of my life only existing,drinking basically 24/7,feeling trapped inside my own body because of hangovers,just to do it all over again each day.Now,I have this body I never could imagine before,which is only going to get better each day,each year,but my self worth,wow,it amazes me how I have changed mentally because of what I do physically.I feel strong and sturdy and can look the world straight in the eyes with my head held high,confidence is priceless.
How I Stay Motivated:
There is no problems with the motivation.I go to the gym even when I don't feel like it.It's in my soul.It is who and what I am.
BB Accomplishments:
No major BB accomplishments,only the personal ones that I make all the time.

Goal (Long):
I have always been into fitness and building muscles but, it has taken me a long time to get this far because of lack of knowledge and intimidation.I want to trick my genetics the best I can.I carry xtra fat on my glutes and thighs.Thanks mom.I want it gone!I want definition in my legs that I was not born with.I want abs I can be proud of which I don't have from genetics and 3 children.I am going to get as close as possible and I'm not afraid to work for it.
I enjoy reading all of the blogs on this site,some more than others,ShanBL,The Crabcrawl,etc.I've noticed lately alot of blogs from people trying to sell things that don't even have anything to do with working out,dresses,boots,glasses,teeth whitening,and on and on........I feel it is clogging...
Currently,I am doing a 5 day split body part workout.Monday is lower body with a little upper and middle abs thrown in the mix followed by 20 min of lite cardio.warm up with lite jog and a little stretching.Begin with frog crunches to warm up abs and give me more stability for the next...
Thanks for your advice. Good to know I am heading the right direction although I was a little lost at what I did that had actually lessen the cellulite on my thighs. :)
