How I Started:
I got started because i was sick and tired of being uncomfortable in my clothes. I lost the confidence i once had and i am ready to get that back. I have never been an insecure person and now all of a sudden i am. I am ready to change. No matter what it takes..I cant live this way.
Why I Love It:
I LOVE TO WORKOUT BECAUSE WHEN ITS ALL SAID AND DONE YOU FILL GREAT! ENERGIZED AND READY FOR WHAT WVER IS NEXT.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by setting short goals. Once the goal is reached then i set another short goal. I also love clothes and shoes so i told myself every week that my goal is reached i would buy myself something new.
BB Accomplishments:
So Far.. Just staring my journey is my biggest Bodybuilding Accomplishment. I have so far made it thru my first week of diet and excercise. as long as i stick with the program i will be well on my way.

Awesome! I wouldn't get as wrapped up around the type of carbs (so long as their complex) but the *TIMING* of your consumption to ignite maximum metabolic efficiency: Carb load *IMMEDIATELY* after fasting (sleeping 6-8 hours) and taper that off within 6 hours to ZERO carb consumption but ramp up Protien intake ... train your GI tract to burn, burn, burn!
