I was a gymnast for 11 years and couldn't stand letting myself get out of shape when I quit. Needless to say, I've been a gym addict ever since!
Why I Love It:
Working out is a great way to relieve stress and kick some booty and it boosts my self-confidence knowing I am strong and sexy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Setting goals, my friends at the gym!, MUSIC-I could not live without it!, friendly competition ;)

Ok, this is at the beginning of the summer. Feeling fabulous and rocking it in the orange :)
This is after 4 months of inconsistent workouts. I'm not feeling so hot about myself (hence, the black - it hides things well!) and struggling to get into a routine.
After 3 months of rehabbing two dislocated ribs, it's time to jump back on the horse.
I have literally not been able to do ANYTHING for the last three months - it was an injury I definately hope not to experience again, so it's going to be a slow start back, but atleast I know I'll see...
You guys get done w/ school a whole week before we do, you should come down and party at Iowa for a bit....specially since you go to I-S-whoo, and really don't know the meaning of partying lol
O man that sounds painful, glad to hear though that you're bad into working out though....I SO wish I was going to VEISHA this weekend, but I got screwed and am working saturday 930-230 and sunday 1145-530 at GNC (where I work obviously lol). Plus I have a huge test in foreign policy Monday that I practically have to kick ass on.
Hi there! Everything is coming along fine! I am a little over 4 weeks out for my first show so i'm going to really concentrate on the lagging body parts. They need to be up to par so doing extras here and there. How about you? How are things?
injury? what happened? That's too bad to hear about that....break wasn't long enough (as usual) but we've got six weeks left and I'm leaving for Air Force Training for a month five days after school gets out! lol little nervous
Changing your routine a little will help keep it exciting. When I do the bike for cardio, I usually do a manual hill program or my own intervals. That way I get the most advantage from it. Keep training hard. Your doing wonderful.
