This was after losing 4 lbs (a month after going to the doctor where I was weighed in at 215) and ready for a new me, no excuses.
This is after losing a total of 13 lbs from when I weighed in at the doctor, and losing 8.4 lbs since I started on the 12th of January...End Of 1st Month, moving on to next month.
Lose 95lbs of fat, so that I can look great in a swimsuit
Goal (Long):
I used to be a soccer player in high school, after graduation I went on to college, and I gained the freshman 15(more like the freshman 40), and had steadily been gaining weight until I reached 216 lbs where I was since early 2007, I honestly want to lose the weight not out of vanity, but out of self consciousness, I used to be so bubbly and outgoing, and confident, but with the weight that person has faded, I want to be ME again.
I think it was about this time last year that I decided to lose weight, (well I didn't I actually gained another 15 lbs since my last post (I lost 11.6 already, back to 203.4)) So here I am again challenging myself to change, I have been way more motivated than before, and I amactually doing what...
Both my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) and I needed body transformations and got them using the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% bodyfat to 10% and my wife had great results herself. If you are interested I recommend you give it a look-see. It was amazing how the weight went away and our bodies shape-shifted. I wish you strength, determination and success and if we can be of assistance feel free to give either of us a yell.
