CADGuy Good luck on the half! I say forget the carbs and go straight for the fats like walnuts and almonds to get your calories and energy! :-) Okay I will stop. Yeah I will just participate for the talking too. After seeing motivatednow not get top prize, I don't have much hope for the contests. CADGuy I thought about the carb issue and really I found it to not be bothersome other than I got irritable but I just loaded up on my greens and felt good. If you don't want to do that, then I suggest the bizzydiet maintenance meals but bizzydiet workout plan. There you get fruit and carbs with lunch and dinner with extra fat at snack. CADGuy LOL I know all too well about cat fighting as my trainer and I no longer are speaking at the moment. I think ON challenge starts in December typically. I get really impatient. The bizzydiet allows me to see the changes almost immediately and only last three weeks hence why I like it. Also if you have questions, tweet to @musclepharmpres and he will answer your questions! I recommend it as a complete program (e.g. nutrition, supplementation, workout) Nov 27, 2012 3:04pm

CADGuy You are just fine! You had the stress of the move and everything else. You did not backslide that much at all. Im not sure if you are going back to your old trainer or not but if not I would check out MusclePharm's bizzy diet for women. It is 21 days. I loved it and did it back to back. Leaned out from 205 to 178 so it works and I did not lose much strength at all. Do a practice run for a week and then hit it hard, you will be so much happier and the time frame is short! Laaaren03 Right on! Proud of you darling. Its nice to have developed some support and friends out of this. Id consider you one. Trainings been killer. 2.5 hr days about 5-6 a week. Ive been splitting it in two sessions cause my body gets to fatigued at the end. Cardio in am and weights in pm. Competition is in 10 weeks. Crazy!!!! Apr 1, 2012 1:08pm
