Cardio:
Cardio varies because I get bored, but i'll be doing some form for 30 minutes three times a week at least. My options will consist of:
-Walking
-P90X-- either Cardio X, Plyo X, Core Synegistics or Kenpo X
-Running
I also really like Cathe Freidrich DVDs. I have a few of hers that I could do for cardio whenever I want to switch it up. I like Turbo Jam and Tae Bo also.
Weights:
4 Days worth of weights. I'm trying to lift heavy but i'm a beginner! Below is my Day 1 workout.
Day 1
15 MINUTE WARM UP
DB Chest Press – close grip 4x10
DB Bent Over Reverse Fly 4x10
DB Chest Flyes – using flat bench 4x10
Side Raises – with resistance bands AMAP
OH Press – with resistance bands AMAP |
