How I Started:
I got started working out and eating clean when I became tired of feeling tired, cranky, fat and gross. I remember being tired and depressed all the time because of how I looked and felt. I knew there was skinny in there :)
Why I Love It:
I love working out because I can see and feel my results. There is nothing better for me right now than the feeling I get from pumping out some serious workouts!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by watching my results both in the mirror and by body fat percentage. When I get in a slump I get on bodybuilding.com and read encouraging stories from others. It may be as simple as finding another leg workout someone has posted that I have never tried. If I am in a slump and I kick it up a notch I can pull myself out in no time. It is important to take responsbility for your own journey to fitness. You can't blame society, the lack of time, lack of knowledge or anything else. The resources are there for you. Bottom line-if you want it you can get it!!
BB Accomplishments:
Since the fall of 2005 I have decreased my weight and BF% quite a bit. I also enjoy hearing the guys in the gym tell me they have never seen a chic work out at hard as I do. I definitely get in the zone when I am in the gym.

wow how many reps can you do? just got back in the gym after a month off doc orders for a seizure. Have been workout for 2 weeks and love the results and never thought it would feel so good to be sore the next day
