When I Started:
How I Started:
I got started working out and eating clean when I became tired of feeling tired, cranky, fat and gross.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because I can see and feel my results. There is nothing better for me right now than the feeling I get from pumping out some serious workouts!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by watching my results both in the mirror and by body fat percentage. When I get in a slump I get on bodybuilding.com and read encouraging stories from others. It may be as simple as finding another leg workout someone has posted that I have never tried. If I am in a slump and I kick it up a notch I can pull myself out in no time. It is important to take responsbility for your own journey to fitness. You can't blame society, the lack of time, lack of knowledge or anything else. The resources are there for you. Bottom line-if you want it you can get it!!
BB Accomplishments:
Since the fall of 2005 I have gone from approx. 32% bodyfat to sub 10% in December of 2007. Made my December 1st goal of sub 10% BF and competed!! Want to lean up and get tighter for my show in 2008.

Ouch! 2 weeks out and I got injured today, I never get injured!! My calf was feeling a little tweaked but guess what? just like the rest of us die hards I kept doing the stairs. You know the feeling...the feeling of crunch time...the "gotta keep going" feeling. Well, it bit...
My God! Look at the muscle mass you are keeping on!!! Frikin unreal!!
Great job done! Congrats!
Check my new pics, I finaly got sum abs showing... And I got some badass gym pics up too!LOL
HAve a great week!
I've been competing for a little over two years and each time moving my way up, better and better. Its great fun! Thanks for the kind words! Can't wait til Vegas!!!
like spinning on your head? lol...just kidding ;) Gemini told me she was hurt too and she was going to walk the mall to get her heart up. She was supposed to buy me some pink and purple shoes! lol. How did you hurt it?
Ummm...I did not, but i may not have heard my phone and apparently I deleted my inbox in my morning grogginess.... That sucks!!! RICE is good, hopefully it is only minor and will heal soon!
I am aiming for November 1st for my competition. I wanted to ask you about the Gaspari supplements you are taking. I'm taking Cytolean and Sumperpump along with ON protein. Can you tell me more about the PlasmaJet and Intrapro? I'm really interested. Thanks.
:) Thanks! I'm so freaking nervous, and I can't wait to put on some more size because I'm feeling TEENY and don't like it (though those bottoms in my progress pics fit so well now! LMAO) It's definitely going to be a tough comp! Don't take this wrong, but you have experience on your side so that will help you a LOT.
It took forever to get those legs of mine leand and sculpted. I do lots and lots of lunges, step ups, hill sprints, stair running (and of course regular squats and leg presses etc.) and I eat a very clean diet. No cheats right now so close to competition:-)
