I train 2 on, 1 off. Abs and Calves every other day
Day 1 - Legs
Day 2 - Chest
Day 3 - Off
Day 4 - Back
Day 5 - Shoulders
Day 6 - Off
Day 7 - Triceps and Biceps
I choose 2-3 exercises per body part, 3 sets in the 6-8 rep ranges. Legs get 4-6 exercises, 4-6 sets in the 6-20 range. |
