  • I can do that no problem. No pain, just a slight stretch. Most of the pain has gone away over the past week but it still bothers me a bit on certain movements but for the most part it feels ok. I'm almost thinking I pulled something at volleyball. I have full range of motion back now too.

I'm completely bored with food right now. The only thing that holds any allure right now involves cheesecake and coffee lol I'm trying to expand my recipe collection but there are SO many recipes out there. How do you know what to try? What are some of your favorite meals?

I am incredibly proud of myself today. I've managed to stay under my calorie goal for the past 2 days. I'm working on day #3 right now and i'm trying to get a solid week under my belt.   Ever hit that point where enough is enough and something inside your head just all of a sudden clicks?  I had one of those moments on Sunday...after a very disappointing measurement session on Saturday I decided that I'm just not happy with myself and I need to change it and actually put in the work... I know this seems like a really odd title for a fitness related blog but to be perfectly honest it quite accurately sums up my weight loss story and struggle. I love sugar...cupcakes happen to be a favorite of mine, particularly the icing. Granrey Well, I'm looking into that for next year. My local pool is 50m long. That means I just have to do 7.5 laps. I have no problem doing that. My issue would be the speed though LOL My running is not possible yet. I actually injured myself couple weeks ago by just walking LOL but it has healed. I can walk for several hrs now with no problems but the jogging running part I need to wait to drop a bit more of pounds to avoid ankle injury again. Are you planning to do triathlon often?
