I'm completely bored with food right now. The only thing that holds any allure right now involves cheesecake and coffee lol I'm trying to expand my recipe collection but there are SO many recipes out there. How do you know what to try? What are some of your favorite meals?

I am incredibly proud of myself today. I've managed to stay under my calorie goal for the past 2 days. I'm working on day #3 right now and i'm trying to get a solid week under my belt. Ever hit that point where enough is enough and something inside your head just all of a sudden clicks? I had one of those moments on Sunday...after a very disappointing measurement session on Saturday I decided that I'm just not happy with myself and I need to change it and actually put in the work... I know this seems like a really odd title for a fitness related blog but to be perfectly honest it quite accurately sums up my weight loss story and struggle. I love sugar...cupcakes happen to be a favorite of mine, particularly the icing. I've taken to avoiding the bakery aisle in the grocery store at all costs lately because I have a really hard time walking past the sweet stuff. The gym isn't my problem. I love the gym.
