Same reason as anyone else... I'm slightly into myself (at least I admit it) and it makes me feel good.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at obese people (I know that's bad :( I also workout with my bf who is a bodybuilder and he trains me. YES I DO HAVE A BOYFRIEND... He inspires me too. I named him Hulk (he hates that) but it's true to form.

Gross... I realized how out of shape I was and THIS is what first motivated me. I never wanted to be in this bad a shape again! This was due to medication... I gained 30 lbs!!!
