Same reason as anyone else... I'm slightly into myself (at least I admit it) and it makes me feel good.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at obese people (I know that's bad :(
I also workout with my bf who is a bodybuilder and he trains me. YES I DO HAVE A BOYFRIEND... He inspires me too. I named him Hulk (he hates that) but it's true to form.

Gross... I realized how out of shape I was and THIS is what first motivated me. I never wanted to be in this bad a shape again! This was due to medication... I gained 30 lbs!!!

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
My workout partner is my boyfriend. He has a bachelor's degree in excersize science and is a bodybuilder. We keep each other in check because I'm good on the cardio end and he needs motivation for that. And he motivates me on weights...

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I don't know if you would call it nutrition plan but I have a diet packed with protein. I do NOT eat anything fried. Obviously limited sugar... splenda is preferable.
