How I Started:
PE for Life class in High School. It was nothing but weight training. I competed on my Battalion's power lifting team while I was in the Army.
Why I Love It:
It makes me happy =)
How I Stay Motivated:
Make progress. In addition to lifting I love running and riding my mountain bike. I get runners high big time, and my need for speed is fed by my bike.
BB Accomplishments:
FINALLY losing the 40 lbs of baby weight I'd carried around for 6 years after the birth of my daughter. I'm now just 10 lbs shy of my pre-pregnancy weight.

The look on my face was terrible so I made myself a nice little smile! This is my earliest bikini pic I think. My highest weight was 185 and I'm 155 or so here.  Here's my legs still in need of defining. So, I have a start point to see if my new workout helps.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
By and large, it's unneccessary and is done intentionally for attention.
