"Lose 10-15 pounds of fat and put on some more muscle. Honestly I don't care about the exact weight, I'll know I'm at my goal when I see what I want in the mirror and my clothes fit the way I want them to."

Why I Love It:
It makes me happy =)
How I Stay Motivated:
Make progress. In addition to lifting I love running and riding my mountain bike. I get runners high big time, and my need for speed is fed by my bike.
BB Accomplishments:
FINALLY losing the 40 lbs of baby weight I'd carried around for 6 years after the birth of my daughter. I'm now just 10 lbs shy of my pre-pregnancy weight.

The look on my face was terrible so I made myself a nice little smile! This is my earliest bikini pic I think. My highest weight was 185 and I'm 155 or so here.
Here's my legs still in need of defining. So, I have a start point to see if my new workout helps.
Lose 10-15 pounds of fat and put on some more muscle. Honestly I don't care about the exact weight, I'll know I'm at my goal when I see what I want in the mirror and my clothes fit the way I want them to.
I updated my stats... there are my current stats... and I also updated what they were a month ago. Making progress in reversing my unintentional careless "bulk" over the winter. Full details in my journal... check forum sig for url. Not having updated them was a mental thing really...
Thanks for the green. I'll hitcha back when it will let me (got the "you must spread the wealth" message). ;)
Saw you've been super-busy with school and kids in your journal. Keep up the great juggling act!
.... One more thing Nichole, thank you for your dedicated and courageous service for our country in the Army as an MP. I myself served in the Navy. Hooah, Scott
