How I Started:
I was feeling down and depressed and my self confidence was at an all time low.
My husband (Mr.Xrcise) had been into the lifestyle for a few months, which peeked my interest. After much encouragement, i decided to give this lifestyle a try!
Why I Love It:
I love the adrenaline rush that i receive after an intense workout. It has boosted my self confidence and given my sexy back...lol.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation comes from my family and my training partner Mr.Xrcise. He pushes me, inspires me and loves me regardless of my physical appearance. My support system is great and it makes me feel good about myself!

Having my first daughter at a young age has left me with a body that i am not proud of. After seeing the accomplishments that some of the women on bodybuilding have made i am confident that one day in the future i to can have the body i have dreamed of for so long.

Thats alright Hunni. Take your time and recover properly, then you can pick up where you left off. You know, when you sleep walk, weird things tend to happen...lol.
