How I Started:
I was feeling down and depressed and my self confidence was at an all time low. My husband (Mr.Xrcise) had been into the lifestyle for a few months, which peeked my interest. After much encouragement, i decided to give this lifestyle a try!
Why I Love It:
I love the adrenaline rush that i receive after an intense workout. It has boosted my self confidence and given my sexy back...lol.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation comes from my family and my training partner Mr.Xrcise. He pushes me, inspires me and loves me regardless of my physical appearance. My support system is great and it makes me feel good about myself!

Hey Hunni. I just completed my light day total body workout...it was GREAT! The gym was empty and I was in my own little world...as usual. Don't worry baby, you just make sure your recovery goes well. You will be more than welcome to return to the lair for more of my tutilage, support and torture:) Its a different type of workout without my partner in crime, but I am still pushing myself hard and keeping the intensity up.
