My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

My Workout Program

I plan on working out most body parts for 4 days a week and abs on Day 3 and Day 7 of the week.

Phase 1 will consist of 3 sets per exercise, reps will range around 15 to 20. Phase 2 will consist of 4 sets.

Cardio when ever I feel like it but I'll depend upon my nutrition more for my fat loss than a bunch of boring cardio.

therealmcgyver I never saw your comment until now... Thanks for the encouragement. I've done a transformation before - 155lbs - 194lbs in 12 months. But now I'm on the back foot, trying to drop (and a month into it a herniated disc slowed me down quite a bit).
