How I Started:
My habits were destroying all that I love and hold dear. It was time that I did something for myself, about myself.
Why I Love It:
I love the energy and confidence it gives me when I am done. That feeling of "I just did this" is awesome. Especially when I get off the elliptical. I never knew what it meant to be healthy. Whether it was mind or body. There was no one there to teach me. Now I know what it means and I am committed.
How I Stay Motivated:
I know that if I don't do this now I may never get a second chance.
I am lost. At least thats how I feel. I have managed to lose 83 pounds, but I am now at a point where it is not moving. For the last 6 months haven't lost anything, despite diets and workouts. There has been a lot of stress piling on in the last 8 months, and the impatience becomes a huge burden!...
How's it going over there now your on facebook and you have no time for BB.com, what's up w/ that?? Hope your not slacking summer is coming quickly bikes will be out soon. Guard your grill muscle up!!
It is my opinion that things are coming along nicely, despite not being as fast as you may want. We all want it now but good things come to those who have patience and dedication.
You should be proud of what you have accomplished we take on a lot of goals, education, bodybuilding, animals. Education and bodybuilding are huge endeavors and both take time were getting there.
what's the matter you angry because I didn't do as you felt I should, remind you of anyone, maybe someone you knew real well. I guess you don't like that type of person huh
Hope you had a good work out today, sorry we didn't get to workout together. I enjoy working out together. I'm enjoying our new diet also I think we may be on to something this time. Progress through change that's our way.
