How I Started: My habits were destroying all that I love and hold dear. It was time that I did something for myself, about myself.
Why I Love It: I love the energy and confidence it gives me when I am done. That feeling of "I just did this" is awesome. Especially when I get off the elliptical. I never knew what it meant to be healthy. Whether it was mind or body. There was no one there to teach me. Now I know what it means and I am committed.
How I Stay Motivated: I know that if I don't do this now I may never get a second chance.
BB Accomplishments: Losing 71lbs in a healthy way.

Main Goal: Lose Fat
Goal (Short): To sculpt the perfect me.
Goal (Long): My first goal is reached, I lost 71 lbs, my second is to lose the rest. I am currently 177 and will get to 135. I would like to be between 135-155lbs. I want to be healthy and not struggle to stay that way. I want to have a flat, tight stomach, nice shoulders and a hot ass.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 45 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 16%

I lost a good amount of weight just changing my diet from crap to healthier food choices. But I hit a wall and I was stuck between 200 and 205 for a few weeks. I missed my first goal by about a month. I started to lose my way, it is really hard to explain how my mind works. Everything...
