Yes
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
It helps to motivate both of us we see the result on each other before we see them on ourselves we let each other know, we compliment each other.

No Xplode it help to get me started when I take it I know its time to get into a workout mind set.

A Sports bra and Shorts it's easier to move and you don't have the extra clothes on to get tangled up and get in your way.
