well I had just had my third baby in 2005 and I was sick of looking at myself and thinking what happened to the girl that loved herself? So I went to LA weightloss witch worked but I couldn't afford it. then I started going to curves in dec05, well that was a flop. They don't want you to go too fast, and they said I was over working the machines lmfao! SO I had been talk to the guy I'm now in love with lol, and he said "look you know you want to build up and trim down so why not do it the way your brother had you doing". For those who want to know what he meant> I lived with my brother inlaw for 3yrs and went from 300lbs at the age of 13 to 175 at 16. I did PT every damned day for punishment. SO now I'm with my best friend and love him even more for wanting to help me get to my goal.
Why I Love It:
I think bodybuilding has gotten a lil out of hand with some people. But!!! I do love it all. Hell I get pumped up and realy to go when I watch the strong man comps. ;) I think muscle is sexy, and there is nothing sexier then a man or woman that can just stand there and look like a statue. I mean all natural, muscle! It's all just sexy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well I like to be the tomboy, so I eat it up when I get a guy that drops me a line via the net, or just walks up to me and says " I'll pay you to wrestle me" LMFAO I mean come on! What do you say to stuff like that lol. Now I love to show a man that I'm just as strong or stronger then they are. Some hate me in the end, but most become good friends and then they try to get their girls into it. Thats when I drop back from ppl. I don't want someone to push ppl to do anything.
BB Accomplishments:
HMMMMMMMM. I have some of the best lats that ppl have seen on a woman thats not in a comp.

just me before going to work, i work at a night club.
I've always been the big girl in town lol. I grew up country living, fried things and such. U name it we ate it. I've went from 360 to 210 then back to 280 in the last 9yrs. I had lost 40lbs last year putting me at 230's now I'm back and stuck at 250 but my body has changed. SO now I look at it like this. If I'm meant to be big why not be all muscle lol.

Ok, like I've said in my last blog I've wrote out a 5 week routine. Now I also have clear up to November wrote out. Is that too much? I mean this is helping me stay motivated. Hell I've gained mass and lost inches! So whats the deal? what do y'all think?

I suggest you check out the 12-week Body for Life program. It really works at getting rid of bodyfat as well as getting you into great shape. It gives you a great nutrition plan along with both weightlifting and cardio routines. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. Hey you!.. Um the chest..oh yeah, it's coming. Im actually noticing a difference under the clothes, but not in the pictures. I tried the incline cables and they kicked my ass. I went lighter, but really didn't feel it so dropped back down to the dumbells. How's things your way?

I train at least 6x a week. Sometimes I go twice a day if time permits. I gotta hit certain bodyparts 2x or more a week. What about you? Thanks for the compliment by the way.

LOL thanks…you just gassed my head up. Nah I actually bench normal or close grip. When I joined the military I had a problem doing pushups. I barely did the 12 or 13 to enter basic. My drill sergeant told me to do close hand pushups. From then on thats all I do. I suppose 9 yrs. of that contributed to my arms. Ive heard of the "headchoppers" . I do those with a smith machine. I will try the cable flies. Thanks again for the comment. man am I blushing LOL..
