I'm motivated each time I've put my all into the gym and I need a nap when I'm done. I love that feeling and love seeing how my body has finally changed when I go window shopping. I can now look in the mirrors in a fitting room and think..... Damn! look at you! I also love to motivate others. Each person needs a different kind a motivation and I'm great at finding the way for everyone. So here's a big tip for everyone. STOP LIVING TO PLEASE OTHERS VIEW OF WHOM YOU ARE OR SHOULD BE! Live your life the way YOU chose to and lose or gain so that YOU are truly happy in all your goals.
