I have always been skinny with a high metabolism. Always got picked on for being skinny (names include exoskeleton, skeletor, boney, toothpick, twig, so on and so forth) anyways.... When I joined the military i gained 30 pounds ( i was 105 got up to 137) I loved my wieght then, i was cut and i had nice defined legs and well just all around healthy and fit.I was in the military for 4 years and really enjoyed the workouts. After I had my kids i continued working out, stopped for about a year to focus on family and work and started back again last year in august.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel energized and happy. You cant beat the results either.
How I Stay Motivated:
God, my husband and kids keep me motivated.

Not looking like I have 3 kids.

This is a pic of me at my sister in laws wedding, i was thin but with no muscle deffinition.. Just thin..
Need more work, but im getting there... slow and steady wins the race...
I want to cut up so that my abs can finally come out of hiding...
Goal (Long):
My future goal is to reach at least 125-130 lbs and be a figure competitor.. Dont know how that will go because I have had 3 kids. But its something i have always wnated to do. I know that if I give it my all by this time next year or a little more than that, i should be able to be in my first competition. Its all about determination, motivation and the willingness to give it your all.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Not doing the excercise properly...

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
i had a shoulder injury...i was injured for about a good 6 months - a year... theraphy, medication (for the pain) and i learned how to properly do shoulder exercises.

Studying for my personal trainer certification...so that's taking up all of my time lately. I take a couple days a week off of working out actually. Need rest usually after legs or chest.
