Because I grew up in NY, I have a love of ALL types of food! Italian, Mexican, Cajun, oh my!
But I am also well aware that the best food for a GREAT body is God-made food, not Man-made chemicals. To look amazing, all a body needs is plants & animals!
To look MY best, I try to eat as much God-made cuisine as possible, with little indulgences in Man-made treats.

I fully believe that supplements are a crock, and a waste of money. I've seen GORGEOUS people who eat right & exercise without useless chemicals in their system.
The only things I intake are a MultiVitamin, and Excellent Food! :D
