At 135 lbs (10 lbs healthier than my underweight high school self), only 4 mo after my first child. I didnt have much to worry about.
After having trouble gaining weight my entire life, gaining a lb a week in my first few months was a bad sign. I knew I had to start being healthier if I wanted to influence my children to live healthy.
I want to be within 10% of my prepregnancy stats, when my second born turns 6 months old. Approx 135 lbs, 38-29-38, with enough energy to play with my kids outside on cool days.
What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Just trying to eat clean for the baby.
I cheat on Tuesdays (Pizza Night W/ KRONC),
and Sundays I eat eggs, toast, bacon, and a waffle at the Waffle House for breakfast.
I've been trying to work myself safely into shape during my pregnancy. But now there's a new bump in the road. My doctor is putting me on bed rest until my placenta rises, to prevent possible bleeding or premature birth. Wish me luck!
