How I Started:
By looking at myself everyday and not being happy because I know I can do better. And a great motivator and mentor, Karin a.k.a fluffy! She got me excited about getting everything back together again. Thank girl!

After I graduated from high school that's when I was at my best. But once I started working in the real work I would make up every excuse possilbe to not go to the gym, so slowly but surely my body starting going blah! I want that toned, muscluer body that I once had but better. After achieving my body goal and nutrition goal I want to maintain it and never to back.

Got some motivation from my trainer after my month long break and now he is demanding i kick ass for the next 5 months so I can mop the floor with all the other girls on stage...just jokes! But yes, im feeling the pressure and feeling cool under it. Great progress...Whats new with you?
hahaha I've been working them 2 times a week for about 6 weeks now. This new workout is a killer too. I was worried that they would get too big but they've actually leaned out and started showing some major gains in definition! Which is what I was hoping for:)
