When I Started:
How I Started:
Eleven years of marriage and two kids took a toll and I found myself at a pretty consistent weight, which was also overweight. Disgusted by my reflection, I bought the Slim in 6 system from an infomercial. I regretted it almost immediately, it came and gathered dust for 2 months.
One day I was so sick of feeling like a blob that I popped it in and about killed myself. Couldn't even finish the 20 minute start it up. Over the weeks I progressed until I was kickin the 60 minute Burn it Up. My clothes started getting looser, people commented they noticed, it felt good!
Hubs started doing it, did the Biggest Loser and lost 80 pounds, then got into weightlifting.
