When I Started:
Jan, 2007
How I Started:
I used to be very active, but age and having an office job started to take its toll. I wanted to get back in shape, but found how great it felt to get stronger, faster, and healthier.
Why I Love It:
I love the ability to release stress, I love the way I feel after a good workout. But most importantly I love the gains I have been getting, as far as my body, strength, etc.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I start to notice more muscle showing and different looks I get from people, it makes me feel good. Plus I have a great group of friends that constantly stay on me to make sure I keep working hard.
BB Accomplishments:
None yet but who knows, nah just kidding I don't plan on doing any shows.

It's a mixed blessing that you have people that come up to you and ask questions. It feels good because they think you know what you are doing. And you must look good for them to approach. But, not everyone is a trainer, some of us are trying to workout. So yea, ask as many questions you like...
thank you. i wish i had friends with similar interests. they think "healthy eating" is wierd and have excuses for not going to the gym with me. the pics do help though! continued success to you!
thanks alot bro. I stress to everybody. Diet Diet Diet. lol. It's at LEAST 70% of your results. whether you're gaining or cutting.. it's the most important aspect. After you got that down. Just train like a freak. haha
eat clean adn stay away from carbs - stick with chic fish and brocco and asparagus, yam and brown rice - tilapia is ok = however you can dry out to much esp before a comp prep
