How I Started:
My friend started lifting about 4 months before me. i remember going to his place and working out of his new bench. All we would do is benchpress. It was great now we both have smith machines and are pumping iron.
Why I Love It:
Theres nothing better than lifting a heavy ass weight off the floor.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by watching some Ronnie Coleman videos or Frank Mcgrath videos.
BB Accomplishments:
The deadlift of 200lbs x10 was a big step. and bench press of 150 (My bodyweight) was a huge step also.

Today started off again with a protein shake and off to school. Today seemed to drag on extra long as i was in a hurry to get home and lift. As soon as i got home though i was out the door and to my aunts to visit her for her birthday. I returned home to have a really good Bicep and Back...
