train heavy, train hard..
knee and leg raises do about the same thing... anyways I do 1-2x a week. I use to do everyday, but I found it better to do 1 or 2 hard sessions than a half assed ab routine daily
thanks bro... I pretty much stick to the basics, but add a lot of weight. I stick to leg raises /knee raises, decline crunches cable crunches. I usually do decline crunches with a 60lb db or so. Tbh my diet isn't exactly perfect, but I do eat a lot of chicken breast, spinach, oatmeal... but not saying you should I do eat a lot of crap I guess I got lucky with my genetics or something
My parents required me to have a job during college. Most of it was retail related, with the exception of interning. I was very fortunate though, I was allowed to save most of the money I earned, and use an allowance that my parents would give me monthly for food. The watch I am wearing in the photo was a graduation gift. My other Breitling, Super Avenger, I bought myself.
Hey bud, thanks for the nice comment. The watch im wearing in that pic is a Breitling Chronomat Evolution.
I wish you the best in home/land development in the UK. Im sure you will do well. Remember that the hard times come and go, so dont get discouraged.
Take Care
But for me abs have always been about low body fat, I mean when I first started I had a ridiculously low bf but no abdominal muscle and within a few weeks had good abs because I had actually built some
Good luck man ;)
Hey man, how you doin'?
I haven't been doing much ab work since I got back to school, my routine has suffered. But during the summer I was doing a 4 day split and was doing abs with shoulders and traps. I was doing 3-4 sets of decline crunches, hanging leg raises, and weighted crunches.
