Goal (Long):
Well I was close to competing in several contest when I tore my hip joint about 9 months ago. Since I was restricted to do the thing I love most which is train. Now I getting close to my surgery date and I am finally given the chance to start my recovery process. Once the surgery is complete I will train and diet even harder to make it back to a peak form.
Well I was faced with the fact that even though I have started to see a good difference in my physique I have put on another inch in my waist and added five more pounds of weight(mainly muscle). I am now this week about to tweak my diet once again so I can bring down my waist and weight in...
That is great, you are always much better off without surgery if you can avoid it. Plus you do not have the rehab issue to deal with. Just be careful not to re-injure it.
I used to live in West Chester at the other end of the state, west of Philly. There is some nice country our where you are, but it can be a little isolated. It might help keep your focus on working out, though.
Your pictures show great size and your strength stats are impressive, it also looks like you are dropping weight at about the right pace. If you can keep enough of the size and lose enough of the fat, you will look amazing. Keep it up and keep posting your progress.
You are one large bear of a man and I will enjoy watching you progress towards where you want to be.
Keep pushing yourself and you will get there.
I wish you much success.
