Well 40-50 grams of carbs wont be a problem again if your diet is in check there is no difference when you eat them there are only recommendations ;)

If your calories are negative yes you can eat some it will help you sleep better

Slow pace at around 65-75% of max if you eat more carb you should do HIT.And cardio does not have to be done for more than 20 mins per round

Nothing fancy 1,5 grams of prot per pound 150 gr carbs and 45 gr fat .It is the cardio that makes the difference
