Alright here's what happened to me last few days.First I did not rest for a long period of time I always lifted weights or did cardio doing this for about 3 weeks.So as you can guess I over did it. I also kept my calories low.And the last few days have gone totally crazy I eat like 5000 calories...

Not because of that, it is just I finish workout at 8.30pm, then have protein shake. Then at 9.30pm, I have rice as carbs, then sleep at 12am. People say no carbs after 5pm!!

i can't imagine you cutting man--you're pretty shredded--aren't you already @ single digit bf%? i am cutting--i've added 30 minutes of cardio to my daily weight training. some of it is running with my crazed dog (blue heeler/bearded collie/demon&goat mix) slow but steady progress. but not at single digits bf%...yet!
