How I Started:
December 31, 2007...my new years resolution was to get myself back into shape. I have a very keen interest in the world of Mixed Martial Arts and an even greater desire to pursue figthing. To do so, I must have the heart, the stamina and the proper physique. Well, I have the heart of a CHAMPION and working aggressively towards the other two. My goal will be achieved!!!!
Why I Love It:
I love working out for a number of reasons; overall health and energy is improved; I feel better about myself inside and out; it can be a great help inside the cage...when an opponenet enters the cage and sees that he/she is facing a shredded beast, it puts a smidget of doubt in their minds. Every little edge helps.
How I Stay Motivated:
Assisting others to overcome adversity and achieve their goals; with the support and encouragement of my brothers and sisters here on Bodyspace; and with my training partner MRS. XRCISE...she is a constantly pushing me to keep going and matching my intensity stride for stride!
