My brother does professional MMA and convinced me to spar with him in his backgarden one summer evening. I lost badly. I promised him that I would at some point at least win once. I started weights for this reason (It didn't help; I still lose. I've had to start training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to try and level the playing field).
Why I Love It:
Breaking personal bests; Strength, Muscle gains, Fat loss and playing with supplements.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at photo's of myself that other people have taken. It allows me to judge myself from an unbiased point of view.
BB Accomplishments:
Breaking 100kg for my Benchpress 1RM and 120kg for Deadlift 1RM in 2006.

This is me before any training whatsoever. BF was about 11% and i weighed 61kg
For some reason ive gained negligable amounts of weight between the last photo and this, but size has increased. I weigh about 69kg here.
Maintain 6-7% bodyfat throughout summer 2008 until aumtumn 2008. Also wish to particuarly improve biceps and pecs, while improving cardiovascular fitness and ab definition.
