Overall Goal: Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate, but that we are powerful beyond measure, it is our light not our darkness that frightens us.

When I Started:
Aug, 1980
How I Started:
As a young wrestler, my first introduction to working out was a great one... crash dieting, water depletion, and 6 hour training sessions, to name a few. I joined the Marine Corps and found a new style and new group of "experts" in fitness. So, I decided to take fitness into my own hands and have been hooked ever since. After 9 years of service I decided to become a personal trainer.
Why I Love It:
How I Stay Motivated:
To be an example to my family and my clients. To know that in ten years I won't just be able to run with my kids, I will be able to out run them.

Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
Hey Sergeant Kev, I was thinking about you and the others who Have served and are serving our country on the day we celebrate our independence. I’ve said it before, but it cant be said too often: I’m over the top grateful for you and what you have done for me, my family and our country. Before I had my coffee this morning, I said a prayer for you, your family, and your success. Stay well. You'd be a hero even if you were not decorated.
Jim
Sergeant Kev, on this Memorial Day I want to thank you, again, for your service and sacrifice for our country. You, and so many like y7ou, have my undying gratitude and respect. God Bless you and your loved ones.
