I started to attend Karate class whn i was 10 years old.Thn i started to do some simple physical training n cardio.I started weight training wit jz a pair of dumbells whn i was 13 years old wit limited knowledge.But i was trting to get as much as information frm magazines n internet.And my found out my body respond well to weight training.Until whn i was 16 years old,thr's a gym opening in my hometown,n i met my bodybuilding coach,Mr.Mat Noh frm d gym owner.Mr.Mat Noh is a veteran bodybuilder.Also a former Mr.Asia back in 70's.Thn he started to gimme real harcore training n guide me to bodybuilding.I hav tremendous changes frm 50kg skinny dude to 64kg standing on stage representing my state-Negeri Sembilan in d year of 2002.
Why I Love It:
Jz love the pumped up feeling after workout.My muscles look so swollen after workout.Bodybuilding also gimme sumthing money can't buy,a gd body n self confidence!! I feel tall n strong n i like to see my veins popping up.I jz LOVE IT!! And i wana thanks to bodybuilding for giving me a lot! It gives me self confidence,a better physique,mental focus n d knowledge.I'm now working as a personal trainer b'coz of bodybuilding.As a personal trainer,we need not only our knowledge,but our physical appearance as well.
How I Stay Motivated:
Haha...Gd question.Most of the time,i'll read magazines on surfin internet to read those articles bout bodybuilding to keep myself motivated.

Planning to go for next year's bodybuilding competition again.My last competition i entered was 2002,i stopped all my weight training since thn until now.But i miss d feeling standing onstage posing again...So,i plan for a come back.I wana gain at least 40 pounds of muscle.
ahh...wt i talked bout in part a?let's take a look back.oh ya,start training n represent negeri 9.thn i met i darling,bao li.thn worked in cal.fit n cel.fit. n moved to subang area.
thn y stopped bodybuilding?b'coz of spm n became lazy n of course for d budget.but the main thing i stopped...
