What I eat all year round no offseason bulking for me anymore
Tilapia
Salmon (not to often though, not a big fan)
Chicken, Chicken and more chicken
Tuna Fish
Eggs (hard boiled or cooked with the whites)
Peanut Butter
Oatmeal (Have been shying away from it, it makes my stomach bulge)
Rice Cakes
Asparagus, Green beans, Green Pepper, Onions (Minimal cooking try to stay as close to raw as possible)
Apples and oranges (not to often though)
Red Potatoes (for some reason they seem to inject right into my muscles and keep my stomach flat)
I pretty much have abandoned rice, even brown rice
I eat very little beef, takes to long to digest for me
Bake pretty much everything, easy cleanup and minimal work
NO SALT and NO SAUCES FOR ME
NO SALT or MSG Mrs. Dash is pretty good
Occassional I use the no salt ketchup, tastes like nothing not sure why I even use it
Cheat Meal (Everything you can imagine)
Drink water all day long, well over a gallon a day
Hard to believe but I am starting to hate soda, my body just doesn't like it anymore, used to be able to down 6-8 cans of coca cola a day
I eat 5-6 times a day or more and I also add protein shakes (50 grams of protein every shake)

I try to keep it simple
Optimum Nutrition whey protein
Animal Pak (Pre-workout and the one with the bcaa complex)
Glutamine
Occassional Multi-vitamin
Casein protein (for bed time)
I dont like to take a lot of supplements, tried all the numerous creatines and NO products in the past but they just gave me stomach discomfort or headaches)
No caffeine for me, I am pretty sensitive to it, once i start taking it I have to keep taking it to avoid headaches and then ween myself off of it
