How I Started:
I was overweight when I was younger and learned how to drop the weight. I quickly became obsessed with nutrition and transforming my body.
Why I Love It:
I love the breaking personal goals in the gym,the way I feel when working out, and the overall confidence that I carry outside of the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I study exercise science and dietetics in college so I am constantly involved with nutrition. And of course my girlfriend.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
about a minute unless it was a brutal shocking set or my partner wont shut the hell up. Keep things moving and keep the pump.
How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
8-12, cuz Arnold said so.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Poor form, trying to lift more than you are capable of, not warming up, pivoting your feet in the middle of a leg-press or squat.
