Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): - To gain 21 pounds of muscle in the up and coming months, so I can be bigger and stronger than most other people
Goal (Long): From the age of about 11 I have had the desire to achieve vast amounts of lean muscle. Since starting I have gained 21 pounds. I want to keep my bodyfat percentage moderately low, in the 4-7% region and I want to ideally when I am older, weigh well over 200 pounds with 19 inch biceps and an eight pack. I feel this achievement is conquerable and I will try with all my might to do this.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 50 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 5%

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Back strain, I was out for a few weeks, I recovered by resting and by having light massages.

Not warming up or using incorrect form.

Squat, quite easy to lose balance if using a lot of weight if not using a smith machine.

Hey man, what's your food plan looking like? The weight will come sooner or later, but it's best to make sure you're feeding yourself quality foods. Believe me, I know. i spent years trying to put on weight and finally added 15 pounds while in boot camp. The only difference was that I was eating 3 square meals per day. Keep pushing. We're all behind you!!
