Goal (Long):
From the age of about 11 I have had the desire to achieve vast amounts of lean muscle. Since starting I have gained 21 pounds. I want to keep my bodyfat percentage moderately low, in the 4-7% region and I want to ideally when I am older, weigh well over 200 pounds with 19 inch biceps and an eight pack. I feel this achievement is conquerable and I will try with all my might to do this.
Hey man, what's your food plan looking like? The weight will come sooner or later, but it's best to make sure you're feeding yourself quality foods. Believe me, I know. i spent years trying to put on weight and finally added 15 pounds while in boot camp. The only difference was that I was eating 3 square meals per day. Keep pushing. We're all behind you!!
