It was mandatory at our high school for football players.
Why I Love It:
From the very first day I picked up a weight it made me feel different...no EMPOWERED!
How I Stay Motivated:
By realizing that the weights are my only true friends in my Life. They help me to look better, feel better, and perform better. Whenever I need to relieve a little stress in my life, I always know that they will be there for me. But most importantly, they never lie to me. 225lbs will always be just that, 225lbs. Nothing more and nothing less.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I tore my left pectoral muscle back in Fall 2005. I was not full strength until about I year later. I still can't comfortably perform flat bench press.
I know what you're saying, "Aren't we all frustrated." Maybe so, but I really need to get this out. It all started back in December when my first car (Ms. Lextasy) gave out on me. She was my baby and I hated to see her sidelined. I just wasn't the same without her.
Ms....
