How I Started:
i have been working out since probably 14 years old but i really got consistent with it in August '05 when i started training 5 to 6 days a week. Previously i used to train the bodyparts I LIKED TO TRAIN only about 3 days a week or whenever i had time
Why I Love It:
It gives me self gratification and gives me inspriration to know i can do whatever i put my mind to . It also is a great stress reliever and when iam in the gym..iam in the gym the rest of the world is non exsistent-no females(iam straight),no cell phone , nothing...just me and the weights engaging in warfare.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at this way : Everyday of training and eating properly is results. Every set,every rep is results,everything i put in my body is results ... and i must continue and progress to make my results come quicker and quicker. If i were to miss a day of train i would be extremly guilty , knowing i cheated myself.
BB Accomplishments:
aside the transformation i put my body through .... EVERYDAY is a major accomplishment making it through another one of my brutal training sessions.... other than that for my size i had made some very heavy lifts - i have hit 385lbs on the flat bench, i have hit the 315 for a double on the incline, i did make a 5 plate deadlift for a single, i have done a 500lbs squat-ass to to ankles .. right now iam focusing on bodybuilding right now instead of powerlifting

Goal (Long):
Like i said put on more clean mass while keeping my abs visable . Particularly i would like to bring out my lower lats more,bring out my upper pecs,more detail and thickness in my upper back, and bring more detail my my outer sweep. Another inch or so on my arms would be fine if i were to bring out those other body parts i previously mentioned. My main concern right is mass on my upper chest and my second priority is bring my lower lats out more.
Monday: Back(18-26 sets combined of width and thickness),light biceps(6-9 sets),abs
Tuesday: Upper Chest(15 sets),cardio,abs
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: Legs(12-16 brutal sets depending on how my legs feel from mondays deadlifts)
Friday: Shoulder(15 sets hitting every delt head from compound...
Hey! Starting to do weighted crunches on bench. I usually hold a weight. and I am seeing good results form that considering i am bulking. I am gaining mass, but might have to cut, cause i might take some upcoming decent pics
